These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the business messaging services provided by ALD Installations Ltd ("ALD Installations", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

ALD Installations provides business messaging solutions that help organisations connect, automate and manage customer conversations on the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram, using official Meta technology. The specific scope of services for each client is set out in a separate written agreement or order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent in order to use our services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• send spam, unsolicited or unlawful messages;
• violate the policies of Meta, WhatsApp or Instagram;
• infringe the rights of any third party;
• distribute malware or attempt to disrupt our systems; or
• breach any applicable law or regulation.

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your customers before messaging them, and for complying with all applicable messaging, marketing and data-protection laws.

4. Compliance with Meta policies

Our services rely on platforms operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms, and the Instagram Platform Policy. We may suspend services where necessary to remain compliant with Meta's requirements.

5. Fees and payment

Fees for our services are set out in your order or agreement. Certain charges (such as Meta's per-conversation messaging fees) are determined by Meta and may be passed on to you. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and all materials we provide remain the property of ALD Installations Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms, including those operated by Meta. We are not responsible for the availability, policies or actions of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALD Installations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will meet your specific requirements.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms, if required by Meta's policies, or if required by law. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the terms of any separate agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
